Thank you for choosing King Koil. Every mattress is engineered to the highest standards of craftsmanship. To determine your coverage duration, match the Warranty Code on your mattress tag (located at the head of the mattress) with our official Warranty Schedule below.
WARRANTY GUIDELINES
FULL WARRANTY COVERAGE
At Full Warranty, mattress and/or foundation will be repaired without charge for labor, materials, inspection and transportation or at Manufacturer’s option–replaced. This covers the following conditions:
- Proven damage/defect reported within seven (7) days upon receipt of the merchandise
- Broken or loose coils or wires
- Protruding coils or wire through the fabric
- Sag by 1 ½” in height
- Splitting of wood frame, leg failure and loose or broken wire for foundation
NOT COVERED BY FULL WARRANTY
- Fabric damages such as tears, stain, color fading, bleeding, soils or burns.
- Damages to the mattress due to infestation by insect / rodents / rats and due to any natural calamities.
- Damages resulting from improper usage. Please follow tips given under do’s and don’ts.
- Damages or sagging in the mattress due to improper size, uneven resting surface and improper structural design of bedframe.
- Any smell that may occur during usage in an enclosed environment, moisture in air due to the surrounding environment, excessive wet surface and pouring of liquid on the mattress.
- Bent border wires as a result of folding / bending
- Normal wear and tear
- Bedding sold “As Is”
- Comfort preference and body impression
- Freight and shipping provided by other services
SERVICE WARRANTY COVERAGE
Service Warranty includes maintaining and repairing a warrantied product. Free inspection and assessment for this warranty. Defective items resulting from any defect beyond the full warranty period maybe repaired if required with materials and transportation outside the city limit at the expense of the client. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, King Koil reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The warranty on the new mattress and foundation you purchase is not an indicator of how long the product should be used before replacement. The warranty is there to protect the customer from product defects, not the gradual loss of comfort and support.
